caption contest: car wreck – how did this happen

Standard

We haven’t had a caption contest recently, so let’s get that restarted.  It’s real simple to play — think of something funny / humorous to go with this picture.  The only rule is to keep it clean.  And regardless of whether you have anything to contribute, you can enjoy the comments other people leave, too.

Let me also add that comments usually pour in over the next week, so this is the type of post that it’s good to check back on.  You can also subscribe to the comments (whether for just this post or all comments) if you would rather be notified that way.

caption contest, multi-car pileup

Standard

We now bring to you the next regularly scheduled caption contest.  BTW, just an FYI, it can be fun to glance at the previous caption contests (which can be easily accessed with the Say What? link).  You may think of a new caption because your perspective and mindset will be slightly different each time you view them.  And sometimes you can take a theme from one and apply it to others (like how it’s all Mango-Man’s fault, for instance).  Just a thought…

This week’s photo features a multi-car pile-up on the highway.  It’s up to you to figure out what happened and/or why, and to deduce what people might be saying about it.  (Just keep it clean, as always.)

caption contest, car flipping over, 3 guys watching

Standard

Welcome to this week’s caption contest.  (And a big OHA! to people joining us from Facebook today!)  This week’s photo features three men watching an SUV rolling over.  That’s all the context you get.  It’s up to you to figure out what’s going on here.  Why is the vehicle crashing?  Why are these men watching?   What are they thinking?  What is the driver thinking?  And of course, you can make jokes (or puns, if you must) that go along with this.  Have fun with it!
